What this site is

webonwhatsapp.com explains how to use WhatsApp on a computer: how to log in, what to do when it stops working, how to keep a linked computer secure, and how businesses use WhatsApp with their customers. It is published by Airtime Media, a small publisher of practical information sites.

What this site is not

• It is not a way to sign in. WhatsApp Web exists at one address only, web.whatsapp.com. No page here shows a QR code to scan, asks for your phone number to log you in, or asks for a verification code. If a site other than the official one asks for any of those, close it.
• It is not WhatsApp support. We cannot see, recover or unlock accounts. For account problems use Settings, then Help, inside the app, or the official WhatsApp Help Center.
• It does not offer modified apps, message spying or bulk senders. Those break WhatsApp's terms and put accounts at risk, and we do not link to them.

How the guides are checked

Steps and menu names are checked against WhatsApp's own Help Center and the official apps, and every guide lists its sources with the date they were read. Prices in the business comparison are copied from each vendor's own pricing page, with the date; where a vendor does not publish a number, we say so instead of guessing. WhatsApp moves menus around regularly, so if you spot a step that no longer matches your screen, tell us and we will correct it.

How the site earns money

Trademarks

"WhatsApp" is a trademark of its owner. It is used on this site only as the name of the product the guides describe. The site does not use the WhatsApp logo or interface, and nothing here should be read as endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.
