Privacy policy

This site has no accounts, no forms that send us data and no access to WhatsApp. It never sees your messages, contacts or phone number.

Who is responsible

webonwhatsapp.com is published by Airtime Media. Contact: info@airtimemedia.eu. The site is independent and is not operated by WhatsApp or Meta; their privacy policies do not cover this site, and ours does not cover their services.

What we record when you visit

Each page view sends one small first-party request that records the time, the page address, your country, the website you came from (the domain only, never the full address) and a coarse device type (Android, iOS, desktop or other). To count visitors rather than page views it also stores a short code derived from your IP address, browser and the date; the code changes every day, the IP address itself is not stored, and the code cannot be turned back into it. No cookie is set, and the site cannot recognise you on a later day. We use these counts to see which guides are read.

The tools on this site

The link generator runs entirely in your browser. The number and message you type are turned into a link on your own device and are never transmitted to us.

Links to other sites

Guides link to WhatsApp's official pages and, in the business section, to software vendors. Some vendor links are affiliate links, which let the vendor know the visit came from this site; see the affiliate disclosure. Once you leave, the other site's privacy policy applies.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and block abuse, under its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Because we do not hold data that identifies you, there is normally nothing for us to look up, correct or delete. If you believe otherwise, write to the address above and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or the UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.
